Accessibility statement

Deemools is committed to making its website accessible, in accordance with the law of 28 May 2019 on the accessibility of public sector websites and mobile applications.

This statement applies to the Deemools website (deemools.lu).

Compliance status

This website is not compliant with the Web Accessibility Assessment Framework (RAWeb) and the European standard EN 301 549. A full assessment has not yet been carried out. Improvements are under way.

Non-accessible content

The following content is not yet fully accessible:

  • video and audio testimonials, not all of which have subtitles, transcripts or audio description;
  • the interactive map, which remains difficult to use with a keyboard and a screen reader;
  • certain graphic elements and image links (in particular partner logos) that do not always have an explicit accessible name;
  • contrast levels and link labels that may be insufficient on certain pages.

Alternatives are being put in place progressively, in particular accompanying text for testimonials and a contact form for requesting information or an alternative format.

This statement was drawn up on 16 September 2026. It is based on an internal self-assessment of the website and will be updated following a compliance audit.
